Billing and invoicing are instant. Your storage and database setup are usually done within a few hours. Mailboxes are set up by hand and can take up to 24 hours — you'll get an email the moment each part is ready. If you need business email sooner, our Microsoft 365 add-on activates automatically, no manual wait.
Can I move an existing site over?
Yes — send us your current SFTP or backup access after checkout and we'll handle the migration at no extra charge on Foundation and Bedrock plans.
What happens if I need more mailboxes later?
Add them any time from your client area — they're billed pro-rata and activated the same way as your original order.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
